You’ve got to see this video. It’s a kind of future prediction of the fulfilment of the potential of the Internet, and it’s subsequent implosion.
The link is Here.
The video, I found quite frightening and confronting in it’s dystopian message of what could become of the Internet, a thoughtful parable of a basket of promising apples gone horribly sour.

I remember debating this same eventuation at uni a couple of years ago... the general consensus was that it'll never happen becuase printed media is personal and is portable, it doesn't run out of power!
hmmm, makes me think about the introduction... maybe you have a thought on this?
You know how we are supposedly only using 10% of the brain's full capacity.. well we were... I'm wondering if all this unparalleld access to information has allowed us greater access of grey-matter also?
I mean are we now using 12%, or 15% or something more... is knowledge the thing that allows us to use more of our brains?
Would it be so bad if the fifth estate was 'on-line?'
I don't like the idea of computers writing my news for me though
Hmm, lots ot think about here, indeed...
thanks for sharing,
Lilla...
